Alongside my corporate experience, I have remained actively connected with students through various training programs, workshops, and mentoring initiatives. I have worked directly with students from diverse academic and social backgrounds, providing training in career awareness, personality development, communication skills, and confidence building. These interactions helped me identify the gap between formal education and real-world employability.

Drawing from this 25-year journey, I established Mind Craft  with a clear purpose: to add meaningful value to individuals’ lives through practical, experience-based career counselling. My approach focuses on helping individuals gain self-awareness, make informed career decisions, and develop skills essential for long-term growth.
